A: We have an extensive background in fasteners, and specifically flange bolts and nuts. Service is our focus and customer satisfaction is our goal. We strive to fill every order promptly and allow you, our customer, to be reliant upon our inventory.

Q: Where does your product come from?
A: Our products are sourced worldwide to contain costs, while inventory is constantly reviewed to eliminate slow-moving products or costly excesses.

Q: What is the difference between Grade 5 and Grade 8.2?
A: Grade 8.2 fasteners are made from a high boron-content steel (low cost) and heat treated slowly to a hardness equivalent or greater than Grade 5. When this is done correctly, the yield is a cost-effective bolt. Much reliance has to be placed on the processor, and our relationships with our suppliers are critical in maintaining a quality bolt. However, we almost always recommend the use of a Grade 5 due to it's inherent steel quality.
